By visiting, registering, or accepting an Offer on the Platform, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service for Customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) and agrees to be legally bound by them.

1. terms of service for customers

1.1 These Terms of Service for Customers apply to any Order made by the Customer on the Platform and regulate all processes related to it.
1.2 We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms at any time. You agree to be bound by any variation made by us. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.
1.3 The Terms are only available in English. In case of any translation of the Terms, the English version shall prevail.

2. definitions

2.1 For the purposes of the Agreement the following definitions shall apply:

“Platform” – the web platform located at https://mazeaccs.store/

“Customer” – the user of the platform who accepts the Offer and makes an Order on the Platform and/or obtains any services or digital content on the Platform. Becoming the Customer, the User agrees to be legally bounded by the Terms of Service for Customers 

“Services” – in-game services which may be provided to a Customer by the Platform, for example, in-game accounts.

“Price” – the cost of the Services offered on the Platform.

“Offer” – the offer for provision of the Services.

“Order” – Offer accepted by the Customer.

“Warranty period” – the period during which the Customer can make statements about shortcomings of the completed Order and demand the Platform to make changes or commensurate price reduction.

3. making an offer

3.1 To make an Order, you must complete the following actions:

1) Choose one of the Offers on the Platform and click “Order now”.

2) Select the relevant characteristics of the Order from the proposed ones and click “Buy now”.

3) If you agree with the offered conditions, proceed with the payment.

Once the payment is made, you will receive confirmation of the Order acceptance via e-mail.

 

3.2 The Order may be cancelled without explanation of reasons. The most common situations are:

1) The Customer is a scammer (you will receive the payment back and the profile will be blocked);

2) Making an Order without providing the data necessary for performance of the Order and not responding to the Platform’s manager (the Order will be cancelled after a month from the date of ordering without a refund);

3) The Customer insults the managers of the Platform (the profile will be blocked).

4. price and payments

4.1 The Price is considered to be final and cannot be amended and/or changed after you accept the Offer on the Platform by clicking “Buy now” and completing the payment process.
4.2 All prices are in USD or EUR and include VAT at the applicable rate.
4.3 You can make a Payment using electronic payments (Stripe, Skrill), credit/debit cards, and other methods that may be available on the Platform from time to time.
4.4 The Order is considered to be made at the moment when the funds are debited from the User’s card or other means of payment.

5. rights of customers

5.1 Making changes to the Order. If you would like to make any changes to the Order after submission, you need to agree on the new terms with the Platform.
5.2 Cancelling the Order. You may cancel the Order by contacting us via online chat on the Platform or by email at support@mazeaccs.store

Refunds will be handled in accordance with Article 9 of these Terms.

6. interaction on the platform

6.1 Communication regarding the Order will be carried out through the Platform’s support system.
6.2 If you have questions, you may contact the Platform using the methods in the Contacts section.

7. performance of the order

7.1 As soon as the Order is completed, you will receive notification on the Platform and a message at the email address specified during registration. In the case of accounts, the performance is instantaneous.

8. warranty period

8.1 If the Customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the provided Services, the Customer may request reasonable corrections or request a discount to the price during the Warranty Period.
8.2 Any revisions requested by the Customer for an Order that is under the Warranty Period must fall within the initial instructions for the Order. If you wish to make changes that are not compliant with the initial requirements, such changes may require an additional payment under agreement with the Platform.
8.3 In case the completed Order does not meet the essential requirements of the Customer, the Customer may refuse to accept the Order.
8.4 The Warranty Period’s duration depends on the type of the Service and the status of the Order:

— 8 business days – standard Warranty Period;

— 2 business days – accelerated Warranty Period.

Some expedited Orders may not include a Warranty Period, which will be stated prior to purchase.
8.5 If you wish to use one of the options mentioned under clauses 8.1 and 8.3 of the Terms, you need to contact the Platform. We will conduct an investigation on compliance of the completed Order with the initial requirements of the Customer.
8.6 The Order is considered completed and the Platform’s obligations fulfilled at the moment of Warranty Period expiration.
8.7 If the Customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the completed Order, the Customer may contact the Platform for review.

9. refunds

Our shop provides refunds only when the purchased gaming account does not match the advertised features or specifications. If you believe the account you received differs from what was promised, please contact our support team with detailed information so we can review and confirm eligibility for a refund.

In all other cases, we do not issue monetary refunds but offer replacements instead. This ensures that every customer receives a fully functional gaming account that meets their expectations and the quality standards we commit to.
